Invitation to tender
Karolinska Institutet (KI) hereby invites you to submit tenders for profile products and webshop.
Background
Today, KI has an agreement that expires in August 2023. The need for profile products and webshop remains.
Options
KI has the right to need to order sales support fromn the supplier in the form of, for example, exposure, signage and inventory within the framework of KI's physical sales channel(s). Price / hour is left in 5.8 price.
KI has the right to buy in more products from the supplier's range in addition to the products evaluated in the procurement documents. Additionalproducts in the assortment will not be included in the evaluation of the procurement.
Scope
The tenderer must be able to provide a coherent service of:- Webshop- Purchase and product development of profile products- Profile printing- Warehousing and distribution- Consulting- Customer support
KI intends to sign an agreementwith one (1) supplier that must cover all parts.
