- Project manager for Framtiden's integration platform Background Region Värmland faces the need to replace the current integration platform (Microsoft BizTalk Server) which reaches end‑of‑life in 2028. The platform is today critical to society and is used in all business areas and for central support functions. The region has carried out a Request for Information (RFI) with associated supplier dialogues with the aim of obtaining knowledge about possible integration platforms, technical alternatives and working methods. The result of this work shall form the basis for future procurement. The project manager assignment takes place in the transition between RFI and procurement. The assignment aims to ensure a well-founded and long-term sustainable path choice for the region's integration platform, rather than to quickly implement a technical change. The assignment does not include the role of procurer, this is handled by the region's procurer. Description of the assignment The purpose of the assignment is to provide project management for strategic change work where: technical path choice and target architecture have not yet been determined the focus is on structuring decision-making, requirements and procurement the region's long-term needs for robustness, continuity and manageability must be ensured The project manager must support the business and procurers in the transition from RFI to procurement, and an introduction when the procurement is completed and the contract is signed.
