The property instrument 5 in Oernsberg's industrial area is converted from office /light industry for housing in connection with area development. In short, the project means that part of the existing property towards Jakobsdalsvagen is retained and renovated at the same time as it is being built. The garage is also renovated and recycled in the project. Next to the recycled building body, a new point house is being built at the intersection between Jakobsdalsvagen and the instrument road. A new slat house is being built on the instrument road.
In total, the project comprises approximately 115 apartments and about 11,500 BTA.
