Overview information about the object
the contract refers to the renovation and extension of Kiruna Algen 1 which is rented by the Sami School Board. In
the building is conducted preschool activities and school activities from preschool class to grade 6. In total there are approximately 100 pupils and preschool children in the Sami school's activitiesToday.

The building was erected around 1962 and has since been expanded in turns. In 2014, the latest part was expanded where preschool activities are conducted. houses a shelter. Today there are about 16 temporary modules forThe business set up in the school yard on the eastern side of the property. Additional modules will be set up to enable larger contract stages.

The extension to which the procurement relates comprises approx. 1,200 sqm distributed on two levels (floor 1: approx. 830 sqm and plan 2: approx. 370 sqm). The procurementalso refers to approx. 1,280 sqm of rebuilding and renovation in existing premises as well as adaptation of the preschool's outdoor environment. In
