- The purpose of the procurement is to appoint the legal persons who are to be a landlord for Lerum municipality regarding housing with special service for adults in accordance with the LSS Act. Lerum Municipality is looking for one (or more) stable landlord in the long term.
The procurement refers to block rental of:
- Service housing approx. 8-12 places, integrated into a multi -dwelling house where users live in their own home/apartment
- community room near the service house
- Any so -called satelite apartments, ie some of the apartments may advantageously be located in other apartment buildings in the immediate area (max 1 km radius) from the community room. 25-02-06/point 1.7.
Rental of housing with special service for adults according to LSS
The purpose of the procurement is to appoint the legal persons to be Landlord for the municipality of Lerum regarding housing with special service for adults in accordance with the LSS Act. Lerum Municipality seeks long -term one (or more) stable landlord.
The procurement refers to block rental of:
