- GotlandsHem intends to carry out an RFI to gain knowledge of which entrepreneurs are on the market and who can offer to be a strategic partner in GotlandsHem's future projects.
The project in which the strategic partner will collaborate with GotlandsHem includes the renovation of approximately 2,000travel apartments that will be announced as ROT projects. In addition to that, the procurement may include an option for new construction of apartment buildings. The project is expected to be completed in 2031.
