Region Varmland (the region) conducts this procurement relating to SAM systems (Software Asset Management Tools/System) with description in the procurement documents.

Since 2019, Region-IT has used Snow to manage the region's licenses in terms of compliance, regulatory compliance and licensing efficiency which provides cost savings for the region.
The region needs to evaluate and analyze various license management tools in the market in order to maintain good control over the region's license holdings receive good support and further development of the product and that it has a manageable cost
