The assignment is to carry out trips for school transfer and other student -related trips in Munkedal municipality.with an estimated traffic volume of 122,442 km per year.
Agreement will be signed with one (1) tenderer for the assignments according to this request.
the school activities and school shoots are organized under culture and the education administration in Munkedal municipality. School operations in the municipality of Munkedal comprises six(6) Elementary schools with a total of about 1,220 pupils including integrated adapted elementary school. During the academic year 2024-2025, more than 670 school-based students were, from Preschool class even grade nine (9), planned on school bus. The school year as well as the school shooting assignment is 178 days per year.
Agreement appliesFrom 2026-07-01 through 2032-06-30 with two (2), extension opportunities in one (1) year in the client's choice. The first extension opportunity is up to 2033-06-30 and the second extension possibility is until 2034-06-30, the maximum contract period is eight (8) years.
