Description:
This procurement applies to a contractor who is responsible for the operation and service of all Vasteras City's security system during a 7 -year agreement (3+2+2). The contractor will regularly and continuously keep track, review, maintain and rectify errors in the security systems and act as a service station for the city's locking system.
The contractor will also manage tags, key beats, train staff in system use, post Operators/administrators and assist in problems and development of the systems. The entrepreneur becomes an important part of the city's security work, both in small And big Questions, for example in new buildings.
The work is invoiced on an open accounting and a predetermined fee (surcharges at net price).
The contractor will serve as its own operating department for the security systems, with high demands on IT knowledge as most systems are digital.
