Description: The Swedish Armed Forces has developed a new career development program. In addition, self -assessment tools must be procured.
In addition to the proprietary product, which consists of a client book and a supervisor, the program must contain external self -assessment tools. The self -assessment tool should be a complement to the Armed Forces model.
The program should be flexible in its entirety in order to meet different individual needs. The self -assessment tools should thus be an elective element to support the individual's career development and continued focus for the career.
