The authority intends to sign a service agreement with an external supplier who can assist the authority with support and further development of the authority's existing IT network structure. It includes support of networks, network equipment, security in the authority's network structure. The authority needs fast and reliable service in the event of operational disruptions, installations, troubleshooting and measures in the event of unplanned interruptions. The supplier must be able to provide technical expertise with a short turnaround time.
