- The purpose of this procurement is to sign an agreement for an automated social media service. The service should be a tool or platform that supports the organization's need to effectively manage presence in social media.
The service should enable:
scheduling of posts on several socialMedia platforms (eg Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
Automatic publishing of content according to preset times.
Monitoring and handling of comments and messages, including the possibility of basic automated responses (eg chatbot functionality).
