Description:
The municipality of Norrkoeping is procuring a service and platform provider of identification services in the area of authentication, federation and "single sign on" (SSO). The goal is to be able to provide secure and flexible authentication solutions for the municipality's internal and external systems and services.
User av these services will be the municipality's employees, external suppliers and the municipality's residents. Taking into account the large variety of users, the supplier needs to be able to meet with a modern and flexible service and a wide range of methods for multi-factor authentication.
The supplier must act Norrkoeping municipality's identity provider (IdP) on a large number of existing systems and services as well as on newly added ones during the contract period.
The supplier must have competence and experience in representing a large and complex organization in matters that arise in connection with procurement, impadministration, management, customer development and management of daily operations in requested services.
