Description:
The municipality of Norrkoeping procures a service and platform provider of services for e-identification and signing in the area of authentication, federation and "single sign on" (SSO). The goal is to be able to provide secure and flexible authentication solutions for the municipality's internal and external systems and e.gjaenster.

Users of these services will be the municipality's employees, external suppliers and the municipality's residents. Taking into account the wide variety of users, the provider needs to be able to meet with a modern and flexible service and a wide range of methods for multi-factor authentication.

Lthe supplier must act as Norrkoeping municipality's identity provider (IdP) on a larger number of existing systems and services as well as on newly added ones during the contract period.

The supplier must have competence and experience in representing a large and complex organization in matters that arise inmband with procurement, implementation, administration, customer development and management of daily operations in requested services.
