Description:
The procurement relates to supplementary food and grocery purchases in consumer packaging. The procurement is divided into three contract areas: Contract area 1: with a requirement for a physical store. Purchases must be made in store. Some purchases are educational purchases/social training as these purchases are made together with the usere etc. from different businesses. Agreement area 2: with requirements for physical store in Kalmar municipality and e-commerce system for collection. Purchases must be made via e-commerce system. Contract area 3: with requirements for e-commerce systems for delivery to the delivery address specified by the Customer. Purchases must be made via e-commercesystem. The customer may sign a call-off agreement with one or more suppliers at a time, depending on how the need looks during the agreement period. All prices shall at most be the prices offered to private individuals by the Supplier. If private individuals cannot shop with the Supplier, they cannot participatethe procurement. No additional costs may be incurred by the Customer. The suppliers with whom the agreement is signed must offer a comprehensive range of food in consumer packaging within the product groups fresh produce, deep-frozen goods, colonial goods (spices) and hygiene items, similar to stores such as Ica maxi, Ica quantum, Ica near, Coop extra, Hemkoep, City Gross or Netto or equivalent.
