Description:
The assignment means that the supplier must serve as an agent between FHS and publisher, handling all contacts with the publishers, regarding conveying foreign and Swedish magazines and newspapers in print and electronic format, hereinafter referred to as subscriptions. School of Defense College and others Information resources are an important part of the authority's information provision. It is important that the Swedish Defense College can receive quick service in terms of orders, complaints, changes to subscriptions and other requests. The assignment includes the mediation of Swedish and foreign subscriptions as well as subscriptions to other information resources*. *By other information resources is meant here databases and websites with editorial material with multiple functions, e.g. Newsletter and choice of different subject areas. For other information resources, the same requirements and conditions apply as for electronic Newspapers and magazines in this procurement basis.
