Description:
The urban environment department today has an existing IT system for handling permits for traffic device plans, excavation permits and land lease. Since the existing system was procured, the conditions for system image on the administration have changed. By the introduction of new business platform The administration provides access to ArcGIS services and modules that support the management of geographical data and provide the conditions to use the benefits of a common data structure and GIS services that can exchange data with each other.
System support that replaces the current system should contribute to an effective Process with at least equivalent function such as today's IT solution, but if possible contribute to faster case management and improved quality in the handling, for the benefit of customer as well as operations.
In order to be renewed in connection with the agreement for existing systems IT solution that best supports the needs of the business.
