Description:
The procurement concerns Learning materials, printed and interactive learning materials for the municipalities within the cooperation Skane Nordost. The procurement is carried out as a coordinated procurement between Haessleholm, Kristianstad, Oestra Goeinge Municipality's Purchasing Center. After completed procurement refers to Oestra Goeinge municipality, as Inkoepscentral, to sign framework agreements where other procuring authorities and units according to below are entitled to tender. Osby, Hoerby, Hoeoer and Bromoella municipalities are part of the joint Purchasing Center as Oestra Goeinge municipality and thus have the right to withdraw from signed framework agreements from the start of the agreement. Kristianstad and Haessleholm's municipalities sign their own framework agreements.
Printed learning materials include associated multimedia and exercise books. Interactive learning materials are all forms of e-learning materials that consist of various digital and web-based solutions that can be used in computers, tablets and interactive whiteboards. The procurement oftakes learning materials and other published teaching materials for preschool, preschool class, elementary school, high school, municipal adult education, special school, SFI, teacher and continuing education literature, teacher calendars and specialist literature for the municipalities' other administrations. The procurement does not include ssex literature, library books, newspapers and magazines.
