Jönköping Energi AB, hereinafter referred to as the client invites interested suppliers to submit the tender application for the competitive dialogue regarding the procurement of telecommunications (fixed and mobile telephony services including speech traffic, SMS, MMS, mobile channel communication / Surf), gear service, mobile connection in exchange, contact center platform and migration, Design, implementation, commissioning, service and maintenance according to the instructions below and attached documents. In the invitation there is an overall description of Jönköping Energi's target image, requirements and needs. The invitation is answered with an application for participation in the dialogue through completion of response forms and attachments. The purpose of the dialog is to identify and indicate how Jönköping Energi's needs can best be met.
