There are 29 municipalities, 2 regions, 1 university and 115 regional and municipal companies. The procurement includes the following services: fixed operator services such as Subscriptions, mediation services, connections from the public network against the called own equipment such as subscriber gears, incl. accesses, number series. Mobile operator services such as mobile subscriptions for data communication, speech, mobile connection in subscriber gear, direct connection from The client's subscriber gear for the operator's network, number series, mobile access to the Internet.
Framework agreements will be signed with a maximum of 2 suppliers where calls will be made according to a special distribution key and renewed competition.
