- Almi wishes to procure a (1) supplier for Almi's telephony and associated services in the area. Almi does not intend to have its own operating personnel for the Group's telephony. Almi will enter into a framework agreement with one (1) supplier and the services will be based on a proven standard solution. It procuredThe framework agreement covers the delivery of telephony services for all employees in all companies within Almi. The procurement and framework agreement includes implementation and configuration of the services and will be integrated with Almi's existing IT environment and other infrastructure.
Agreement is valid for four (4) years withoutPossibility of extension. The value of the transaction is estimated at SEK 3,000,000/year with a roof volume during the entire contract period estimated at SEK 13,000,000
