This procurement concerns framework agreements for services to carry out emission and performance tests of engines, vehicles and machines divided into the following five different groups:
light vehicles
heavy vehicles
motorcycles and mopeds
mobile machines with spark ignition (PI engines):
mobile machines with compressionignition (CI engines)
