- Template New part 1 The procurement includes travel agency services for business trips, both personal service and self-booking, i.e. mediation of both domestic and international flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, ground transport, boat trips, etc. Travel agency services included additional services with all possible means of transport in Sweden and the rest of the world. The supplier must: offer both personal service and booking via a self-booking system. • offer the buyer's employees the opportunity to search for the optimally best service trip with consideration of price, environment, time and safety. • have very good competence in the travel agency industry and the needs of a public authority of the buyer's size. • offer the buyer a customer manager and a resource consultant team that has good knowledge of the buyer's authority and traveler profiles, routines and regulations. • provide one or more systems that enable secure management of the traveler profiles, tracking of the buyer's travelers, statistics for environmental monitoring and booked services, and a mobile application.
