- Region Värmland (the region) carries out this procurement which refers to framework agreements with all qualified suppliers who meet the mandatory requirements for delivery and meet the region's needs for ultrasound equipment including accessories, consumables and spare parts as described in the procurement documents. Hand-held ultrasounds and urine volume bladder meters are not covered by this procurement. Today, within the region's hospitals and health centers, there are various types of ultrasound equipment and there is a need for them reinvestments, additions and new investments. Current activities within, among other things, women's health care, surgical specialties and medical specialties. The procurement is divided into three (3) different product groups based on intended areas of use and includes equipment as well as equipment-specific accessories and consumables within each area. Tenders can be submitted for one (1) product group or for several product groups. Estimated contract period is two (2) years with an option to extend extension maximum twelve (12) months + twelve (12) months.
