Description:
The State Service Center intends to procure a payroll system with associated services for own and 127. the use of existing authorities as well as new customer authorities that may be added. The payroll system must be operated under the auspices of another government authority (on-prem).
The parts of the procurement consist of:
1. License/use right to the payroll system as well as support and maintenance,
2. Education,
3. Delivery from the tenderer regarding initial installation of the payroll system in operating environment and delivery of a first basic set of the payroll system,
4. Consulting services from the tenderer under the continued introduction of the payroll system.
